Arrested for seeking revenge for America, Ikballe Hood says that in Lipjan prison, he received inhuman treatment

Ikiballe Huduti-Berisha, the woman who was arrested after her posts against the murder of Iranian General, Sasaem Solejmani, has talked about her treatment at the detention centre, and then in Lipjan prison.

Huduti-Berisha said that her treatment was inhuman, and that she was left without food and water.

Before I went into custody I was under arrest 48 hours at the Pristina police station. It's well known there's no good conditions like in the hotel, but I didn't have any remarks about everything being okay. Officials at the Terrorist Crime Directorate who took me from house to cell and then took me out after two days, they had no coordinated jobs. The investigators came early in the morning to rush me to the Palace of Justice. I went from this troubled prison cell to court in defense of a vital issue of mine and was the main person for whom all that meeting was made, while I had no power to stand up and defend myself”, she said about the news.net.

On the other hand, she has also confessed to the treatment she says was made at the hearing held to her.

This was because I didn't even drink a drop of water or talk about any tea or bread. So I didn't hesitate to appeal to my lawyer and then he ordered at least a cup of coffee to drop me into the courtroom to get some power to express myself before the court. The hearing was over, it was the first time in my life that I had such a situation in front of judges, lawyers, and prosecutors, and when the hearing was over, almost 12 o'clock again, it had to look for and give me a cold sandwich that I had no right to eat in the bife but in the same hall that wasn't yet a decent sight, but I finally got some strength. That was terrible for me because two nights in a row I had never even had a warm tea, plus I was hungry, but I hope that other prisoners didn't happen to me because going out to protect themselves for a vital issue and being hungry, thirsty with burning lips that wasn't human”, she said.

Before I got to prison, I became an unfair one, because journalists as they usually expected me to get out of the main doors, and I wanted this to at least make a very meaningful picture with a conscious message. The responsible persons who didn't drive a police car but an exit car with no signs told me that they would stop at least for a photo in front of journalists, but also this time they lied to me, because they pulled me out of the basement of the palace and the exit door had no journalists, so they sent me to the Women's Correct Center in Lipjan without even meeting with my husband and son who had been waiting in front of the door of the Justice Palace with reporters. ”, continued the news story story.

She has told of past nights in Lipjan Prison and the hunger strike she planned to enter.

She says that on neither side of the night, she couldn't sleep because of the conditions they were in this prison.

The reason was because I was tired of insomnia because we had a psychic patient in our department, and she slept the day because they were giving her a sedative, and at night she was just screaming while she was getting tired. On the fifth night I so leaned on the wall neither sleeping nor awake I had dreamed of many sad scenes and the same voice but in the plural, and when I opened my eyes in a moment I stood up and beat the iron door and asked “Bring me a doctor and psychiatrist and we all got sick, because other friends all complained, but they didn't have the courage to scream. So I felt, not like in a cold prison, but as a psychiatric hospital. The guards didn't even take my revolt and my plea for help seriously. The bad news was that I had no light in my room, at least I asked to be lighted so that I could relax with reading the Koran. Finally, they let me down after all the entreaty I made. The next day I was punished with loneliness for 10 days straight, because the guards had reported that I had broken order and quiet, and that was very false, I asked for help they gave me the loneliness”, Huduti-Berisha said.

Because of this injustice I wanted to go on hunger strike, but I knew I had a problem with blood pressure and my heart, and I didn't want to be sick because I looked forward to the day of judgment, so I boycotted their food, I didn't take any shots, and I decided to fast, not that I needed to, but that the man who's hungry and fed and water looks delicious. So I ate the beautiful morning religion for iftars and the dinner bread religion, and I ate bread again, and I ate it seven days in a row. So I told everyone there that I don't want your bread, even though for this tax bread I paid and told them that my bread is called Justice. My husband was informed of my condition and of my injustices, so he had presented my case to the OMBUS P ERSON Ombudsman, and then the doctor from the Council of Human Torture, understood my situation and advised me that I should stop with a food boycott because a more important situation awaited me, so at court”, Ikballe Berisha-Hudutti has confessed.
