Two years in prison on bail against accused who said he went to Syria to bring the boy back to Kosovo

The announcement of the indictment was made Thursday by Special Department Judge Albina Shabani-Rama. Judge Shaban-Rama has announced that if the accused commits new criminal acts, then the parole sentence will be replaced by prison, where the time she spent in house arrest will be counted.
In addition to the conditional sentence, the accused Lutfiu has been obliged to fulfill his obligation, visit the psychologist or adviser for a period of two years. For monitoring the execution of the parole sentence and the obligation pronounced against the accused, the Kosovo Sprovatory Service has been tasked.
Revocation of the parole, according to the judge, will take place even if the accused does not keep in touch with the trying service or fulfill his obligations. The accused Luftu has been acquitted of paying procedural expenses, arguing that this would endanger the existence of her and other family material.
To that decision, the parties are entitled to complaint within 15 days of accepting his copy.

According to the indictment set by the SPRK, Fikrije Lutfiu is charged that on September 12, 2014, he has knowingly released her permanent residence in the Republic of Kosovo and through Pristina Airport, has travelled to Istanbul through the Republic of Turkey and entered Syria, where he has joined her husband, who had travelled through Skopje Airport in order to join the terrorist organisation I. SIS. The PSRK claims that this organisation, in these countries, is fighting and acting, causing acts of violence, various persecutions, and the killings of innocent civilians in these countries, from which the accused organisation has been regularly funded with a total of 50 euros a month.
