Kurti's speech to the hall has heard opposition deputies launching the hall before the Kurti government was put to the polls.
Kurti has said that with the establishment of this government, citizens and people have won.
The chairman of the Government of Kosovo has said it will do its best and that it will hear the voice of all citizens regardless of who has voted.
Part of Kurt's speech:
Today citizens have won. Today the people have won the power of the state. We are passersby and servants working in the name of the people and the people. The people remain permanent, and we are substitutes.
I pledge here to you that I will give my best for the good of all citizens without any distinction.
No matter who you voted I'll hear your voice, especially when you disagree. Today we begin our journey of unspoiled work to bring about change.
Today, the old way of making politics ends and a new era of government making begins.
From today there is a new leadership, which considers allies those who show zero tolerance of corruption.
Let's keep the powers divided into a common state.
The people have chosen us to work for their interests rather than for personal or group interests.
Those who know us, we tell them we will strengthen the partnership. Those who hesitate to recognize us tell them we'll work on your recognition.
Those who aim to divide us and deny us, I tell them that Kosovo has a new prime minister and that time is over. We jointly target EU and NATO membership, cultivating the alliance with the United States of America.
From today we will talk less and will work much harder.
