They allegedly took bribes, IPK recommends suspension of three police officials in Prizren

Kosovo Police Inspectorate has recommended the suspension of three Alpha Police Station officials in Prizren.
IPK investigators have started taking initial investigative action days ago over actions/pol police responses allegedly involving three police officials.
After these actions, The IPK has recommended the Kosovo Police's suspension from office of the three police officials at Alpha Police Station in Prizren.
Police officers have banned unregistered vehicles and motorcycles that circulated in opposition to legal provisions, initially initiated relevant police procedures. According to initial findings of the investigation, it is suspected that police officials have failed to comply with their legal and official obligations, failing to proceed with previous procedures and allowing persons/opposants to leave without taking appropriate legal measures”, the IPK report said.
This recommendation for suspension is made with the suspicion that the same on 11,06.26 in Prizren on suspicion that their actions constitute elements of the criminal act “bribery”, sanctioned under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The “Investigations related to this case are under way by the IPK Investigation Department, in collaboration with the Founding Prosecutor with the aim of fully clarifying all circumstances and actions of police officials involved. The recommendation for the provisional suspension of police officials has been undertaken in order not to influence the investigative process and ensure the independence and impartiality of investigations” becomes further known.
