Deputy Education Minister: The remittances will amount to a billion euros, who's snore here?

Deputy Education Minister Xhavit Rexhaj has responded to journalist Valon Syla's statements concerning the diaspora, while saying Kosovars are the ones who harm Kosovo, not the diaspora. Rexhaj, by means of a post on Facebook, has said that Kosovars, rather than integrate and invest in the countries they live in, invest in Kosovo's economy and help their families.
The second most important person in the Ministry of Education has also predicted that remittances in the country's economy will contribute 1 billion euros.
Where there's a country and a people, and politics, it makes me worse than in Kosovo. Who's the fun here?
His full reaction:
Migrating communities stop the time in the country and in the friendly culture this is a question studied by language, history of sociology! And trying to crack this like innovation and as a matter of debate, it's just ignorance.
Individuals, emigrant groups and communities try to avoid assimilation and loss of their habits in the midst of culture and new society.
Some communities insist more on maintaining their own customs than others do. The best place to illustrate this claim is America. Albanian Italians and Chinese insist on keeping their customs and identity longer than German, Scandinavian, and perhaps Irish. That's why we have China Town everywhere, like Little Italy in America and elsewhere in Brazil and Silver.
I have seen for myself the difference between Albanian immigrants from Albania (which integrate very quickly especially those who have moved in the last three decades) and Albanians from Kosovo (which integrate very slowly). Kosovo diaspora often see no change in language, behavior, customs and mentality, not even after two and ever three generations. This can be explained with the need and the struggle to preserve identity during the history of Kosovo.
It is true that the Kosovo diaspora changes and integrates more slowly than others. Well, besides the identifying reasons I described briefly, there's another reason perhaps more than the first:
Kosovo diaspora is fanatically committed to the welfare of their families in Kosovo and the welfare of the state of Kosovo! No diaspora, not even the Croatian diaspora, do for their country what the Kosovo diaspora does for Kosovo.
For the seventh years, our shares instead of being integrated, invested and educated in the state of hospitality culture, they have worked, acted and melted to help the Kosovo family. This continues to be done by the second and third generations who were born outside Kosovo!!
This year's remittances seem to reach 1 MILLIARDE!!!!!!! How much 45 % of Kosovo's budget! What education, health and pensions and social protection for a year!! Garrets!
If there is left behind the Kosovo diaspora has been left behind to keep Kosovo alive! Because he didn't think of himself but us! They're left behind, really! But they're not left behind because they don't have a day that's best for them; they're left behind so that we can survive in the beginning (until 2000), and that we're good after 2000. They've remained happy that we're not deliberately like that! They have sacrificed the well-being and progress of their families for NE! ! WHO STATES GERNAQ CATU?
What did we do in the meantime? Did we build a good country? Quality education? Health and social protection for the population? Have we built a good and beautiful Kosovo to visit the diaspora? Have we returned their debt by offering relief and investment?
No! None of this! We're a crazy country in Europe! Kosovo's face is taken from the diaspora!
Where there's a country and a people and politics, it makes me more comfortable than in Kosovo. Who's the pussy here?
That's why I ask our ignorant and ignorant people to keep their ignorance for themselves! Don't insult people who have sacrificed their lives and their future for us!
What continues to surprise me is, how do you do that these people never do from a totally ungrateful Kosovo? I never understand how it does that Kosovo and Kosovo love us with fanaticism even the third generation of diaspora, even though we have nothing but honour! Who's the villain of ignorance here! ?
