Balla also stressed that the possibility of establishing a Special Commission should be assessed, while stressing that any efforts he put [...] to be denounced should be denounced.
The leader of the Socialist Party's Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, during today's address at the plenary session in the Assembly, stated that investigations into Dicky Marty report have begun since 2008.
Balla also stressed that the possibility of establishing a Special Commission should be assessed, while stressing that any efforts he put to the test should be denounced.
According to him, the report had beginnings since 2008, when a eurodeput of the Russian Federation demanded approval of a resolution on Albanian crimes against Serbs, their imprisonment in Albania, and the transplant of human organs!
We have had the 2011 majority that has voted in favour of the process that led to the adoption proposed by Dicky Marty since 2008.
In matters at Matt, Has and Kukes, investigations have been conducted by Albanian institutions and have concluded there has been no war crimes.
