Balla says that anyone who possesses material for the monstrous crimes of Serbs should be a voice and re-open the world for the crimes Serbia has committed.
On the other hand, he says Lulzim Basha can go as a witness to the Special Court.
“Bash has the luxury of knowing more than I know, if he were to witness at The Hague...”, Balla said.
Had I been instead of Basha and worked clean in behalf of the investigation, I would have willingly gone”, he added.
Balla voiced confidence that the KLA has not committed war crimes as it ruled out the history of the Yellow House.

The KLA has not committed war crimes, we have been forced to fight the Serb because the Serb has come to Kosovo to take over our lands.
