Deputy Finance Minister Agim Krasniqi has said that the entire focus will go towards the private sector, as according to him, there has been much greater losses during the pandemic.
We're trying, as much as we have capacity for all orientation to focus on the private sector. These separate tools, the government's decision clearly says, we have learned from the Emergency Pacos when the criteria were very open and precisely that these tools will be shared for active private companies. If there are new companies, the number of workers from July” will be taken.
“These tools, 60 million will be separated per head of workers, depending on the number of workers who have a private company . . that number will dictate how much for a person”.
Krasniqi has said that this will be accomplished very soon, and by this decision, public companies and those with regulated markets are exempt.
“Shams do not divide workers but company. The tools go to the owner's account in order to subsidise workers' salaries and preserve the workforce. To function well with a private company, it's normal for the employee to take care of”.
Krasniqi has stressed that the Hoti Government has acted skillfully during the pandemic because, according to him, nothing in terms of finances how the health system has lacked.
“We have planned this year with real economic growth of about 4.5%. Because of our pandemic, we initially thought that the pandemic impact would be two three months and in fact, we are seeing it not only in Kosovo that the economic downturn is the largest”.
All over the world, even in America, some businesses shut down and none of the state can hold and what we're doing despite being the smallest economy. Let's not forget that of the 2.3 billion, which has been the original budget, we've recovered expenses due to pandemic”.
“Loss are about 600 million. The government has had to do some kind of skill; we've shared what the Health Ministry needed for equipment, medicine and other elements needed to maintain the health of citizens, nothing has been lacking in the sector in a financial sense to get help and cope with the health section”.
