Through a post in his Twitter account, Avdyli has demanded that those who have privatised land at these prices be arrested and confiscated, thus alluding to Ramush Haradinaj and his cousin, Nasim Haradinaj.
“The system of justice in the X word is existing. If there were any arrests today for the privatization of land of 1 to 3 Euros, and normally seizures”, Avdyli wrote.
Otherwise, the AAKA chairman in the property declaration at the 2019 Anti-Corruption Agency has declared real estate of 200 hectares of hillland purchased in privatisation in 2009 worth 75 thousand euros, which is 3 euros and 75 cents of gold.
In addition, Ramush Haradinaj, another commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army has bought state land from the Kosovo Agency for Privatisation.
It is Ramush's cousin, Nasim Haradinaj, who in his statement of wealth shows that 2004 has bought 220 hectares of land from privatisation.
These hectares of land, Haradinaj has declared them to the real estate share worth 3m and 300 thousand euros.
It is not known, however, whether it is the value Haradinaj has purchased state land, or the amount that Nasim Haradinaj already valued the property purchased in 2004.
With the value declared by Nasim Haradinaj, it would cost a bear of land only 150 euros.
Unlike Blerim Rexha during interviews by the Parliamentary Investigative Commission concerning the privatisation process in Kosovo has said five thousand gold social property land has been sold by only one euro gold at the Kosovar Privatisation Agency (AKP).
Rexha, who has been chairman of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency Board, has said the reason for his resignation from this position has been the very low-priced privatisation. Five thousand gold land is sold by one euro gold. I have rejected this privatisation process at this very low price. While on board the members would tell me, if you feel sorry for Kosovo's land? So this has been one of the reasons for resignation”, Rex said.
