LIBE Committee votes for Kosovo visa liberalisation

Libe has reported on Twitter that 49 European lawmakers voted in favour of launching talks with the European Union Council on the visa-free proposal for Kosovo. 13 opposed, while four abstained.
After this vote, the proposal for abolishing visas for Kosovars passes into the hands of the European Parliament. If this parliament votes for, the process continues at the EU Council.
According to the REL, there are hesitations from France and the Netherlands.
