With my friend Shqirim Arifi, we had one of the topics Kosovo has priority: the rights of Albanians living in eastern Kosovo. Citizens of the Presevo Valley have had it and will continue to have the support of Kosovo institutions in realising and guaranteeing all their rights. Kosovo should insist on full reciprocity with the rights of the Serb minority in Kosovo. Without full respect for minority rights, the future of the region cannot be built. The new government with the PDK will intensify bilateral contacts and is willing to ensure the direct impact on improving citizens' lives in the Presevo Valley.
