Conak, Rahovez, begins Hail Fest 2019

The organisation, held under the auspices of the head of the Rahovec municipality, aims to promote Kosovo's vineyard regions.

Art director at the Handend Fest, Gardalin Stavica, said the goal remains to promote tourism in Rahovec.

We as a festival perhaps more contribute to the promotion of wine, the promotion of Rahoveci grapes, its promotion of the city of Rahoveci.
