He said that in this direction they have been delayed in adopting the new law in Government, Klan Kosova reports.
And why we've put it out is, because for the first time in the history of Kosovo legislation we've proposed a new bill on lechos for particular reasons. We've also wanted to deal with unemployed lehons, because the Labour Law handles and if we want to deal with the loheon rest and don't put it in the agenda we deal with the unemployed lehons”, he said.
And according to statistics, we have 20,000 births of unemployed Lebanons in the past year and we have three or four thousand of those working. We have actually issued special laws that include unemployed lemones to rely on the first six months after birth.
There is no lasting solution that once and for all regulates the worker's statute. We've called as a society, but it's not working. There were misunderstandings in the Labour Law. There's been a need to change the law on contracts, there are different differences. There have also been concerns that by this law, it will not be impossible for those who have not worked, to receive the basic pension they are now receiving”, Recica said.
