A Time Source has indicated that the case occurred yesterday around 10am, on the “Rrustem Statovci” street in the capital.

According to this source, Arber Geci has threatened two police officials after they filed a fine to his brother, Ilir Geci.

Kosovo Police have confirmed the case, though they have not spoken with names.

Flora Ahmeti, the Police spokeswoman in the Pristina region, said she was initially fined by the driver, in this case Ilir Geci, and then the <x0-> obstructation case has been initiated against the official person in carrying out the task” -- that is, to Arber Geci.

The case occurred yesterday around 10:00, at the crossroads of the streets, the Statovci Rrustem Gustav Mayer, where police officials were barred from one person while imposing fines for an offense at the upper location. Following the announcement of the fine for the driver, in co-ordination with the relevant prosecution at Pristina police station Centre, a case of the official person in carrying out the official task has been initiated against the other person, Ahmeti said.

Above all, Deputy Minister Arber Geci has also been introduced as VIP.

I'm V IP, Arber Geci, this is Deputy Minister of Education, very much so that you're calling the ticket. But the number, it's going to report to the Ministry about this, you've seen who I am”, this source quoted Arber Geci as saying.

This source told the portal that Ilir Getz, Arber's brother, was parked on a sidewalk, and that's why police gave him a ticket.

The police asked him to free the sidewalk, but they ignored the police. At that moment, they asked him for documents to sign the penalty for countering traffic, and Arber Geci approached him, saying that I am VIPu.

Time.net today contacted Arber Gecin to learn from him other details and to clarify the case, but he didn't pick up the phone.
