Suma said it has always been the initiative of citizens that has prompted him to run for mayor of this municipality.

“Never has it been my initiative to run, has been the request of citizens, where at their request I have decided to carry out all those demands, to meet the citizens' demands as far as I can. It's never been my initiative to run directly, but it's been their request, I respected, but if I asked you for sure I wouldn't have to run, but it'd be better for a man to have a business where he benefits more family than a mayor, because the mayor of the municipality limits all other acts of”, he said.
