The Serbian Crimes Court, Kosovo will seek help with Albania at the UN?

Kosovo cannot form the International Tribunal for the Judgment of Serbian Crimes until it is not part of the United Nations Organisation. After the fact-finding, Kosovo can hand over documentation to these states which, based on them, by the Council of Europe can seek the creation of Tribunal. But civil society is coming up against this idea.
Loja says the best option is to try Serbian crimes through domestic courts and special Prosecution.
Top Channel has tried to get an answer from the Embassy of Albania and Croatia, if so far there is readiness to co-operate on the issue, but have not responded.
While the Assembly has continued with internal procedures, such as establishing a state commission to collect facts and compile documentation necessary to create the tribunal.
