Polaska: Kosovo is the only state in the world with its “International Tribonal”

Kosovo's renowned lawyer, Dastid Pallaska, has made a post in his Facebook profile regarding recent developments in the resolution on the International Special Tribunal that will target the investigation and trial of crimes committed by Serbian forces.

He says that “Kosovo is probably the only state in the world to have its own <x1-Tribonal International”, mocking its character, Periscope follows.

Pallaska leaves the blame for the one-ethnic nature of the International Tribunal that will only deal with the activities of the KLA, the political class that failed to condition the vote at that time with “the enlargement of hurtful competencies to include war crimes committed by Serbian security forces in Kosovo”.

Furthermore, it calls the popular election gross and public ridicule against war victims the initiative undertaken by the Kosovo Assembly.

Kosovo is probably the only state in the world to have its own “International Trubonal”.

This “International Terribonal” was created in 2015 by the Kosovo Assembly in the form of Specialised Chambers in The Hague.

Because of this political class's lack of initiative and personal interests that dominated at the time, the painful competence of this “International Trubunal” was limited only to KLA activity.

If the Assembly wants to repair this self-inflicted injustice a little bit, the only thing that can be done is to expand the painful competence of the “International Tybonal” existing to include war crimes committed by Serbian security forces in Kosovo.

All it takes is a complement of Article 6 of the Specialized Chambers Law, which can be written for an hour by any graduate lawyer.

Everything else is gross electoral population and public mockery of war victims.
