Special prosecutors Drita Hajdari, Vladet Gashi and Enver Krasniqi are now talking about. Finally, 20 years after his liberation, our country also is likely to accuse, judge, and condemn war criminals in absence. We complete the change of the Penal Procedure Code was adopted today in the Kosovo Assembly by 65 votes (with three MPs being opposed and two others abstained).
Presequently, the amendment for Article 346 A, which was formulated and proposed by the V Movement MP DEPENSE! and the Chairman of the Commission for Legissation, Mandate, Immunite, Assembly Order and Supervisor of the Anti-Corruption Agency, Albulen Haxhiu. Thus Kosovo joins Croatia in the right to prosecute war criminals wherever they are, not only if they are on our country's territory
