Kastrati has said that following the signing of a memorandum of co-operation with the Decani Community for the construction of these houses, construction has begun today.
For each house to be built, the Decani municipality will give out five thousand euros, while the rest will cover the Balkans' “Livings” through its donors.
Kastat has announced that during the month of Ramadan, the construction of 100 houses across Kosovo will begin for families with serious economic conditions.
