Ashton: I hope I'll soon see photo taken after signing Kosovo agreement Serbia

The role of the international community is in the reports between Belgrade and Pristina, says former EU foreign policy relations, Catherine Ashton.

She says she hopes as soon as possible she will see an agreement between the parties, Serbian media write, It's Periscope.

“International support, especially from Europe, is crucial for both sides to move forward. Reaching an agreement would only be the beginning. The international community's assistance” is needed for its implementation, Ashton has said in an interview for the BBC in the Serbian language.

Ashton has said she hopes she will soon see a photo that was fired after signing the” agreement.

I hope to see that picture soon. I suppose the leaders of both countries with the international communiqué led by the European Union will be in that picture, Ashton said. /Periscope.
