Kosovo Parliament Speaker, at once leader of Kadri Wessel's PDK has issued a message for the Berlin Summit, a day before its observance.

The leader of the ruling coalition in Kosovo has written on his Facebook page that just as Berlin is the navel of Europe, Kosovo is the navel of the Balkans.

He said that in order to preserve one another, they must not be divided but united.

Berlin is Europe's belly button. Kosovo is the Balkan belly button. To preserve one another, they must be not divided but united. One is not protected by harming the other, but only by respecting, understanding, helping, and protecting the other!” writes Wessel.

Otherwise, the Berlin Summit is held tomorrow, where German Chancellor Anglesa Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macro have invited leaders of the Western Balkans.

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, before starting in Berlin, said Kosovo would not accept dual sovereignty in Kosovo and no exchange of territories, but no continuing dialogue on terms.
