The court says it has appointed the detention measure to minors R.T in a month's length, due to suspicion based on having committed criminal work “Union or participation in the army or foreign police, paramilitary or pre-police foreign paramilitary formations, group organisation or individually outside the territory of the Republic of Kosovo” envisioned with Article 3 of Law No. L-002 for halting joining armed conflicts outside the country's territory.
“The court has set the length of detention measure of 1 (one) month to minor R.T based on Article 187 par.1 below.1.1 and 1.2 points 1.2.1 and 1.2.3 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code”, the Court says, while failing to provide further details.
The side has a right to complaint against that decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
