Kosovo government approves three patent-style recognition initiatives with these three states

International non-recognition of Kosovo personal documents has become a major concern for many Kosovo citizens living abroad.
Authorities in Kosovo say that negotiations have begun since 2013 with some of the European Union countries to reach reciprocal agreements on international recognition of Kosovo's personal documents -- namely, for recognition of patents.
The country has so far reached agreements with various states on mutual recognition of drivers, and among the latter is the neighbouring state, northern Macedonia.
Germany is among the states that still have no agreement with Kosovo for mutual recognition of driving permits.
