IMF delivers good news for Kosovo economy

The Fund expects annual inflation for the average consumer to be only 0.6% in 2019, which is lower than 2.9% in 2018. Average inflation is expected to be 2.4% in 2020.
The current deficit is projected to rise to 10.5% of GDP in 2019, up from 8.3% in 2018. The current deficit is expected to be 10.1% and 8.0% of GDP in 2020 and 2024 respectively.
