The truth is that he has been fired for failing to offer medical assistance, which under the legislation in force is classified as a criminal offense. He reasoned that the case was serious and should be treated in private hospitals, even though the service is offered 24 hours at QKUK. Also, complaints have been consistently accepted by patients and their family, that the same has referred to other patients in private health institutions, the private hospital where he works. There is evidence and evidence from patients that the same has misused official duty with the aim of material benefits”, the SHSKUK said in a media report.

SHSKUK has said that the facts and arguments will lead to competent organs to investigate the case independently.

Also, USKKUK has said that the disciplinary commission will deal parallelly with the case and make the decision, given the facts it has.

“SHSKUK will not allow anyone to misuse official office and take seriously the reports and complaints of patients”, the Kosovo Hospital and University Clinical Service concludes.
