“The accused F.V. has been charged by the prosecution since the 15th of April 2014, around 21:15 in Pristina, had driven his car under the influence of alcohol and in a way that by not adjusting the speed of the movement and not paying due attention to communications participants had hit the V.A. infantry and, as a result of the sustained injuries the deceased had changed lives to the QKUK”, the report said.
The damaged panel for implementing property legal demand is directed at regular civil-juridic conflict.
The case has been turned into retrial by the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
