Among those killed was 16-year-old Armen Merlaku, from the municipality of Kline.
Armendi's body, even after 20 years, has not yet been found, KTV reports.
His mother, who also has the husband killed, tearfully recalls the moment when Serbs took her son away.
On the last day of March, 106 people have been remembered in the Pastasella massacre.
Victims' relatives continue to seek justice until they blame and criticise politicians for not remembering the country's past enough.
Only 13 people survived the massacre, and some also testified at The Hague's Tribulal for the horror they had experienced 20 years earlier.
In commemoration of the Pastasela massacre, the mayor of the municipality of Rahovec has sought to clarify the case of missing persons during the war, as well as justice in relation to the perpetrators of this crime.
