The data was presented by the Ministry of Defence, which has created <x0 Ditore” access to the expenses of Minister Rrustem Berisha, members of his cabinet, and even deputy ministers.
There are only three ministry officials who have been equipped with credit cardes, from which they have been able to spend on budget money. Besides Minister Berisha, there are deputy ministers Agim Ceku and Burim Ramadani. The expenses Ceku has made are greater than the combined amount of two other ministry officials -- Minister Berisha spent over one year on 4.918,36 euros, while deputy minister Ramadani 5.905,79 euros.
