This is after he was allegedly hit with Telekom's car, which, since March 2018, has been driven by his wife, Besa Shatri-Berisha, who is chairman of the Telekom Board.
But MP Berisha has rejected the accident, refusing to provide clarifications.
The accident with Telekom's car has also been denied by the leader Besa Shatri-Berisha, who has told Kohavision that she has not seen the car and has been told that it has been blocked and sent somewhere to serve.
That this car has been hit, it's fact of photos that Kohavision has.
Also, television has managed to confirm that the car is the property of Telekom, based on data located at the Automotive Record Center.
The company has also opened a procurement process, where it had also determined the value of auto service at 9 thousand euros.
But, according to data, the procurement process has failed.
Kosovo's telecom, however, has a garage in which their vehicle is regulated.
The Mechanics, who are actually regular Telekom workers, say they are capable of repairing every model of cars, and they do so in practice for all cars coming from the Telekom subsidiarys, to exclude those that are guaranteed.
Whether it was an accident or blocked, the Range Rover has been in the possession of Telekom Board chairman Besa Shatri-Berisha, even though her legal position does not allow her to have a car, since her full-time work is in another enterprise, while in Telekom her duty is only to lead and attend board meetings for what is paid.
“The board of directors members have the right to act only under the tasks and responsibilities set out in the Law for Public Enterprises and Sublegal Act in fulfilling this law. While, in terms of ownership of company vehicles, the use of unreasonable cars is not allowed by the Board of Directors. This is also based on the paperwork for rationalising the expenses of members of the board of central public enterprises”, said Schuchery Musliu, who heads the MZHE Public Enterprises Policy and Monitoring Unit.
