After assessing the situation by KSF's Research-Peace Teams, Demining teams, despite the difficult conditions, have started working on February 2nd for the evacuation of dangerous snow avalanches at the Brezovica resort complex.
They destroyed the first explosive avalanche, which posed great danger to the creation of an even greater and extremely dangerous avalanche for citizens.
Because of the difficult weather and strong winds of up to 60km/h, the operation has had to stop, to continue on February 4th, with what's left the second avalanche.

According to estimates at the moment there is no potential risk of moving avalanches, but given the weather conditions, which reign in this part can create avalanches that can pose a threat to the lives of citizens, the KSF communiqué says.

Otherwise, as a result of the snow avalanche long ago in Brezovica, Diaspora deputy minister Arian Daci lost his life.
