Deeply indignant in Kosovo's Parliament for the Salaries Law are civil servants, according to Mursel Zymber, chairman of the Civil Service Union. According to him, the Law for Salaries is favourable for the strong.

In KTV's interactive, Zymberi has said civil servants have been treated as a tool of work by MPs from all parties in the Kosovo Assembly. Voicing the request that the president not decree the law and that the QUINT ambassadors pressure for this point, Zymber has not ruled out the possibility of sending the case to the Constitutional Court.

He has said he has been disappointed with the fact that, despite promises, there was no equal increase in coefyties, like other sectors.

“We thought that with the two-day strike we have given the full message. We had a meeting with Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, where we presented our two fundamental, fair, human and unrequestable demands for the budget. The first was to level wages with other sectors of public service. We haven't asked for a distinction, but a level of current upgrade. The latest increase was 50 percent for health, 40 percent for education, 30 for police, 25 for civil service, when he was Prime Minister Hashim Thaci. Now that the lift started, they started where the highest wages are. We were worried because we were the most degraded at the level of the public pay system. The prime minister promised salary increases at the level of co-efficiency 0.2, equivalent to other sectors. Education remained on strike, and surprisingly, we saw that at the meeting with unionists, the prime minister's promise came out, and the prime minister's promise fell down because the establishment he promised education happened, but not ours. They deserve it, but so do we. We don't want to see you as a technical worker. When we need the state, they say we're the engine of the state, and when the state needs to show itself to us, they leave us completely behind. This made it clear where the respect of civil servants is for our elected”, he said.

According to Zymber, with the Law on Salaries increased the gap between salaries of different sectors in the country. He said that as a sector never “, we've had ties that tarnish us, but they stained those who should value us”.

He has said MPs and institutions should know that if civil servants enter the strikes, all citizens of the country are affected. Zymber further called it a law for the solids the Law on the Salaries.

This is the law of the powerful. Smugglers from MPs without excluding any party have occurred. They've all had interest. Everyone tried to have someone of their own. Six doctors have protected health. We have nothing against anyone”, he has said, adding that a Kosovo Parliament technical assistant has an equal salary with a director in the municipality. “What basic principle are we talking about”, he added.

“We are deeply indignant in the Kosovo Assembly. But no deputy calls a cell mouth that the statemotor is no match for other sectors. They say that there's an efficient state without effective public administration, they all use it as a virtue when they need it, but when they have to pay it back, they don't even open their phones. Every comment because the strong were two-three and they split the votes. It became the law of the powerful”, it's over.
