The condition is for shepherds to be experienced and can make sure that the sheep remain in the flock, feed on special food that can be grinding and stay away from dangerous rocks nearby.
It should also prevent sheep from entering fields where food is cultivated for all the inhabitants of the island.
Work time envisions hours of 35 hours a week and an annual salary of 24.473 euros!
Shepherds have the obligation to stay on this island for at least three years.
