She's also accused of having sex with a dog.
According to court documents, Snyder told police that the children committed suicide and that eight-year-old Conner was being violated in school. However, investigators found no such evidence.
What they found was Google research and Facebook messages showing horrible images.
Cooner and Brinley were found hanging with a dog cable in their basement on September 23rd after their mother called the police.
They had a heart attack, but doctors managed to revive them, yet they died three days later.
Authorities say Snyder told Conner police he was harassed at school and wanted to die, but witnesses said the boy was not violated and did not complain about it.
Police also collected videos from the school bus that brought Conner home.
“The video showed no sign that Conner had any concerns or anything else. In the video, he seemed to be a happy kid”, police said.
According to court documents, Snyder told a friend in early September that she no longer cares about her children.
Also, Facebook conversations showed Snyder talking about a dog that had committed sexual acts with him.
Prosecutors have not made a decision whether they will seek the death penalty against Snyder, the Kosovo Clan broadcasts.
