He writes he encountered a very ugly scene in which a diaspora citizen, apparently from license plates from Germany, has paid his car in the middle of the street while a Kosovo Police official on the scene is not responding at all to the case.

This event appears to have occurred on Fehmi Agani Street, in the location known as “At Qafa” in Pristina, Periscopi conveys.

Meanwhile, the Suhareka municipality has decided to issue its parking lot to all coming from abroad.

In Pristina, the issue of lack of parking lots continues to remain a major problem. /Periscope
