In the PZAP decision dated November 11th, P ZAP had ordered the CEC to remove from the final election outcome voters outside Kosovo coming from Serbia.
On the other side, The CEC has started to implement the judicial decision to recount over 1400 boxes.
Valmir Elezi from the CEC has said those results are expected to depart soon and that the CEC will not publish further results until the implementation of all decisions of relevant institutions.
