President Thaci announces day of mourning in Kosovo Wednesday

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has announced on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, days of mourning in Kosovo in honour of the victims who lost their lives in the earthquake in Albania.

“In a sign of state and civic respect, Wednesday, November 27, 2019, declared a day of state mourning in the Republic of Kosovo after the earthquake in Albania, which left dozens of people dead and many injured”, said among other things in President Thaci's decision.

By the decision of President Thaci, state flags are raised to half-point in all state objects of the Republic of Kosovo, both inside and outside the country.
