KLA OVL in Dukagjin reacts to Special Court and Mini-Sengen

The KLA's OVL says it will be in defense of all those who will fall prey to this witch hunt, who are not stopping since after their liberation, and will object decisively, all evil plans wherever they are woven.

O V L KLA Dukagjin, in many communiques and media presentations, has expressed its clear opinion about the so-called “Special Court “ ”. We have been convinced that this court, which unfortunately received even the approval of the Kosovo Parliament, is only the continuation of the notorious UNMIK missions, and EULEX and that its goal is only political, not the establishment of justice for the victims.

These missions managed to cause hatred against the values of the KLA and its carriers to cultivate and extend to all social segments in Kosovo so that they could plant in Albanians the soul of submission and eliminate the love of this people for the Nation, Homeland and its most sacred values.

While many Yugoslav elements, disguised in the vest of “opinists”, have consistently opposed the KLA's breach of these international missions, there are some times, and now with concrete actions, the activity of these organisations has been exposed. The former chairman of the Judges' Assembly, Malcolm Simmons, has presented evidence and numerous facts, accusing EULEX's top leaders, and making it clear that this mission has been everything else but a mission of justice not. We welcome his action and encourage others to speak up and not to hide the evils of these missions.

The Special Court, being only the continuation of malicious Kosovo and anti-Albanian bodies at their core, has among them elements that contributed to EULEX, with years in senior leadership positions, such as Mr. Charles Smith, who is currently a judge of this reason.

Mechanisms like this so-called court do not do Kosovo good, because their mission is not at all to establish justice, but to intervene in political life, to remove this country's courageous people from the scene, in order to install their puppeties in power.

And who is better than the Yugoslav waste, will fulfill the appetites of hostile circles, to be struck by the positions of inferiority, Europe's oldest people, whom since 1912, never allowed to join and develop.

We are not guilty that we were born Albanian and that we are the first residents of the continent, founder of the world's most famous civilizations. We're not guilty of their inferior feelings toward us either. We only wanted to live in peace with our predatory neighbors who came from the Carpathians.

Until the last lyrical Albanian lives, we will not allow pressure, blackmail and propaganda to open the ground to harm our country, change its territory, or be part of any “-Yugoslavi”.
