Acting Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has reacted to statements that imposing taxes now and a year on Serbian goods has not produced the effect of increasing production and economic development.
Kosovo, today on a 100 percent tax anniversary, has won a lot! The manufacturer, our buyer, has won our flag! The new government, whoever runs it, has to overcome the tax pressure, because for a year we've been carrying it, saying no, every harmful scenario for vulnerability. The “tack effect” has also yielded its fruitage in the country's political strengthening, as has the ongoing confrontation and rejection of the division of Kosovo. That fact, we must all use, in the defense of Kosovo, and not the interests of the farmers and the souls sold!”, writes Haradinaj on Facebook.

In both war and peace, Kosovo, its territory and the right to development, are causes that have not had the price and have exceeded any personal and political calculations.
It is a shame that today, the sold souls and the servants of great Serbia -- in different circles, speaking our language, the Albanian -- give themselves the right and tend to influence the opinion, calculating other interests, which are by no means Kosovo, and other things are at stake, producing news, as the form of pressure to remove the tax, weaken Kosovo and jeopardise its integrity.
These “analysis” and “opinion” have a single goal, the return of Serbia's political and economic dominance over Kosovo.
This flood of titles and comments that the tax has not produced the effect of increasing production and economic development is as dangerous as drawings of the Balkan map from anti-Albanian and anti-peace tables in the Balkans.
