Many citizens in Albania spend the night under open sky

The considerable number of citizens are forced to spend the night in an open environment, as a result of the destruction of their homes and the fear of the quake repeat.
Many of them are already located at the “Nico Dovano” stadium despite the cool weather that is ruling.
In addition to stadiums, people in tents in the fields have no electricity but only artificial light.
As for housing of homeless persons, Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, has said the Government will sign an agreement with Durres, Kavaja hotel facilities and even Vlora, if necessary, that all families left without roof should be accommodated in optimum conditions.
“TTE also spend end-of-year holidays under optimum conditions with their children, while the latter are not only forced to leave school one day, but also to learn in optimial conditions”, Rama said.
