ATK says the decision was made in accordance with Article 60 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1.6 of Law No.06/L-14 for public officials.
The high management of ATK provides public opinion that any information evidence of misuse of official duty, as well as corruption cases will be sent to the competent organs for treatment, and to all convicted of criminal acts, as in the above-mentioned case, measures will be taken from the working relationship at our institution”, said the ATK's announcement.
In the end, ATK thanks Kosovo citizens, media, Prosecution and Police for supporting in fighting negative phenomena.
