Mustafa has written that if something like this happens, it opens ways to legalise smuggling of the vote in the future.

Here's the full reaction:

As LDK chairman, I ask the CEC to address the legality of votes coming in from Serbia, for the Serbian List. The warning that these votes will enter into counting, without a CEC decision on whether to meet those legal conditions, paves the way for legalising vote smuggling in the future. One such thing was tried to do in past local elections in Istog, but legal bodies prevented such machines that distort the political will of Kosovo citizens.

No illegal vote should be allowed in Kosovo. IM
