All this behind information that the QNR is preparing for tonight at 9:00 a.m. start counting unfair votes from Serbia.
Even Fatmir Limaj's party, the Social Democrat Initiative, has made a decision to remove commissioners and observers from the Counting and Results Centre.
This haste without the CEC's decision, according to Limaj, is smuggling with the aim of deforming the election result.
