It became known here that 15 thousand and 794 ballots have been accepted until the scheduled deadline for shipments, while there are also about 4 thousand votes from the diaspora that came after the deadline set for September 19th to October 05th.
For the latter, Adnan Rrustemi, member of the CEC by the VV, said they must be accepted because their delays are for objective reasons.
He added that such a thing does not present an operational problem and that there are previous precedents, as well as added that votes coming from Serbia should be investigated and both cases treated as separate.
While LDK member Sami Hamiti of the CEC said the law should be respected even in the diaspora's late votes for those who came illegally from Serbia.
Let's respect the law. It is the exact date established by law, it is precisely defined as how to register and the way of delivery. Let's proceed according to law”.
Hamiti also told member Stefan Veselinovic from the Serbian List that Serbia has fabricated the votes, because they have not been sent individually and through the manner of pre-lawing.
Veselinovic said there is nothing illegal with the votes coming from Serbia.
From the CEC, it became known that there are 3 thousand and 782 from Serbia, supposed by the vote, but that they did not come individually and the way the shipment was not right.
Here it was said that 95 ballots from 314 total to total will be recounted, while results forms are being processed and will be published both before and after the recount.
It also became known that the bail vote registration has begun.
