Wessel thinks Russia is heading towards Kosovo recognition

Chief Parliamentary Kadri Veselini has expressed confidence that Russia will recognise Kosovo's independence.

These comments, Wessel made a day after Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Serbia.

We hope that Kosovo will become part of the UN this year”, Wessel said, at a news conference following the chairmanship meeting with the heads of Parliamentary Groups.
