Near the trunk is the sign: “The branch's sound monument nature is protected by law”. This note has not been respected by the builders of this artifact that have cut down several branches so as not to interfere with the new object.
Sami Stagova of the Environment Protection Organization “Geni” in Kacanik has said that the multi-year-old trunk may soon come to an end as a result of construction taking place near it.
The organisation's “Syr identified the concrete in the trunk roots, cut off at least three branches in diameter 20cm, and building a concrete structure attached to the trunk. This is completely contrary to the Law on Nature Protection”, Stagova said.
“Nini 14.3 does not allow directly to perform jobs that endanger its characteristics and values”, he added.
This organisation has also said that construction, which has obtained permission from the Kachanic Commission, is not compatible with the identity of this city's agenda.
The Chachanic municipality actually does not own any formal plan approved for regeneration of the egg except one project of the 80s, which is expired in the context of modern functionality and communist identity. On the other hand, after 1999 the idea of adjusting it has never been seriously developed through any developmental or operational plans. In fact, the file was damaged over the years to give you the last push last year by this same administration with the detox1> demining its last half, Stagova said.
“Gene” had proposed several ideas about the adjustment of the Kachanic scrum, but these proposals were ignored by the municipality, though he had called a public meeting to discuss the order.
The “Gheth is in favour of rebuilding/regeneration of the Kachanic stipulation because this step is key to the development of the city, which would include its medieval history with traditional hospitality and the clean environment of a mountainous country, which together would show a much more attractive and completely different identity than the one created at present; however strongly opposes the steps taken in this case”, Stava has said.
The construction in question represents nothing other than a pressure from private business to add its possible space to the real regulation of the carring; a local administration with no idea, vulnerable, and possibly bad intentions when it comes to leading local development; and a precedent that in the future could serve for further construction to further exacerbate the situation created in the Kacanic subset”, he said.
