Trade and Industry Minister Andrew Shala has considered the action of the Central Procurement Agency unacceptable, where through a public tender he favours Serbian products rather than local ones.
Shala has stressed that his work is constantly helping local producers and empowering them, not favouring foreign products, and in concrete case Serbs.
“I consider this act of AQP to be unacceptable as minister of the MTI, because my goal and the Government of Kosovo is to empower local producers. We are every day calling on citizens to consume local products, not those of import. This is unacceptable and strongly react to these injustices committed to local producers”, Minister Shala has said.
