The American Embassy again invites Albanians to apply to gain the opportunity to work and live in the United States.

Online lottery registration application is simple and free. Electronic Recording Period for DV-2020
Electronic registration for the DV-2020 lottery will resume on Wednesday, October 3rd 2018 at noon, the Eastern Hour (EDT) (GMT-4) and close on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at noon at 12:00 East Standard Clock (EST)(GMT-5).

Applicants can conduct electronic application on the official E-DV site during the census period. DV guidelines are also available on the State Department website.
Starting May 7th, 2019, to see if they've been selected, DV-2020 registered people will be able to use their unique number of documentation given to the census by online checking the Status of Registers Control on the official E-DV page.
The Status of Registers Control will inform selected participants of how to apply for the Lotaria visa for themselves and their family members. The selected ones will be able to learn their visa interview date by entering the Status of the Registers Control.
