Over 60 passengers deceived by the fantom agency, paying tickets to come from Germany to Kosovo

600 euros had paid for two tickets to an Albanian family in Germany to come to Kosovo during the holidays. But when they went to the airport they realized that the tickets were fake and were not allowed to fly. They say they were deceived by an agency called “Kosovo Reaseburo”, which they realized was [...]
With the same agency, according to this family, over 60 other passengers had not been able to travel, even though they had paid no seats reserved on the plane.
The Pajaziti family from Shala of Lipjan, who lives in Stuttgart, Germany, was deceived by a false travel agency from Pristina.
Months ago, those through the viber had continued offering tickets to travel to Kosovo.
When they decided to take a leave of absence in their homeland, they contacted the agency in question, called “Kosovo Reiseburo”, where they reserved two tickets.
They were asked to initially complete payment of 600 euros through the bank account, and then confirm the reservations would be accepted in email.
But when Fidaim Pajaziti and his wife went to Steutgart Airport, she realized that the tickets were not valid and that they had no reservations.
He says that at the same time another 60 Kosovars were left without traveling to Kosovo, as their tickets were all equally false, though they had paid off.
When passengers tried contacting ticket vendors, the answering machine was notified, which said: “this number does not exist”.
Pajazit and others turned to the German police at the airport, who were only informed of such fraud.
According to this exile, German police had told them that many Kosovars are being deceived with tickets, which are mainly bought through the internet.
However, this family was forced by bus to come to Kosovo, meanwhile due to distrust of agencies have now gone directly to the airport to reserve return tickets.
Meanwhile, the case has not been reported to the Kosovo Police at all, since they do not want to spend the rest working on the issue, which, according to them, will have no solution. They believe institutions in Kosovo are negligible to such phenomena.
