Regarding Bajram's announcement, Periscopi has understood from its sources within the Kosovo Police that the case has a family nature rather than business.
It's about dividing two young people, namely sharing Bajram's son with the daughter of a family living in Germany.
“They are the main characters in the case. All this has happened because of the breakup of a marriage. So a family problem that happened in Germany, then fights have also taken place in Kosovo. The person who broke up is the son of the threatened”, said the portal sources inside the police.
The case is more similar to disagreements that are regulated through canonical customs when injuries of a marriage break require compensation from the person seeking divorce.
To further clarify the case, Periscope has also contacted Arben Kadriun of the Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan.
Kadriu confirmed the case, meanwhile without providing much information, said the Gjilan Prosecutor has authorized the Kosovo Police to interview the injured.
“E have authorized the Kosovo Police to interview the injured, with the aim of continuing the following procedure”, he said.
Periscop also contacted the police in Gjilan.
Police spokesman Ismet Hashani said the victim in this case, Mustafa Bajrami, has already been interviewed by police.
Kosovo's “Police have accepted a complaint, has also interviewed this person in the victim's quality. The State Attorney is informed of the case. We're taking all legal measures to whiteen this whole case”, Hashan told Periscope.
