Tahiri thanks Pristina Foundation Court for contributing to receiving positive visa recommendation

Minister Tahiri stressed that the visit concerns the positive report by the European Commission on meeting all conditions for visa liberalisation, since the Pristina Constitutional Court has carried the main burden in the process of marked cases.
We are here today to thank them for bringing the work of the judiciary into a new standard, in a new dimension, and I am very happy that from now on we will only increase the efficiency of the judiciary” the minister stressed.
Minister Tahiri stressed that this positive report is a major impetus to further work for the judiciary to meet the expectations and demands of citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
We will not be pleased. Furthermore, we will engage in a more professional, efficient judiciary, which is in full compliance with the expectations and demands of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo”, the minister noted.
KDR leader Idrizi stressed that the EC report has motivated the judiciary for the subjects of this nature to be handled with priorities in the future, while Supreme Court Chairman Peci stressed the importance of co-operation among institutions, in the best interests of citizens.
